Living life with 125....plus one more

I have decided, even though I have made these decisions before, to start blogging again. We have more to blog about in life now than just 125 boys. Although life with them is never dull, life became even more exciting for us back in November when we found out we would be adding an addition to our family. Over Christmas break, we had the privilege to share with our families and some close friends that we were expecting our first baby come August! Although the due date is August 1st, we are praying that it decides to make its appearance in July. This is really teaching us that we are NOT in control, and the control we think we currently have will be out the window come mid-summer.

We enjoyed sharing this great news with other friends as the new semester begun. We shared with Joe's RA's last week and were completely blown away by the response. We were expecting some, "oh, congrats" type response  when we received a response of screaming and jumping up and down followed by Joe and I being attacked by the RA's with hugs- completely unexpected, but so fun! We are so blessed by Joe's RA's in so many different ways- they have such hearts for others around them (which is why they do such a great job!!)

We are praying that the Lord would continue to have HIS hand on us through this journey, into the role of parenting. We are excited, but nervous for the journey ahead!!
